Learn Sashiko embroidery with this large Sashiko kit. You will receive long Sashiko needles, ideal for stitching the straight lines of the included patterns. With the beautiful ecological cotton canvas in the kit you can stitch your own table runner or 4 place-mats. As the patterns are different then the ones in our Sashiko starter kit, and our Sashiko tote bag kit, you can also combine the three :-).

Your kit includes:

  • 50 x 150 cm Midnight blue ecological coton canvas
  • 3 Long Sashiko Needles (different sizes so you can experiment with what you like best)
  • 120 meter DMC special embroidery thread no. 16 (that’s more than 5 skeins)
  • 4 Sashiko patterns including guidance for stitching sequence (Hana Sashi, Kasane Masu Tsunaji, Yukigata Kikko, Ishi Guruma )
  • 2 sheets of White water erasable transfer paper
  • Step by step Sashiko instructions in Dutch and English
