1. Studio Koekoek

Studio Koekoek is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number 59812478 and is located at the Weesperstraat 100, 1018 DN in Amsterdam.

2. Application of these terms

When a customer confirms an order at this website he accepts the terms and conditions described on this page. These conditions apply to the following websites where Studio Koekoek is active: www.studio-koekoek.com , www.koekoek.etsy.com, en https://pinterest.com/studiokoekoek/.

3. Listing descriptions and photo’s

Studio Koekoek conducts intensive effort to ensure that all the published information is correct and complete. Nevertheless it is possible that there are flaws in the published information. If there is any incorrect information on our website we will do our best to ensure it will be corrected as soon as possible. Studio Koekoek is not liable for any direct – or indirect damage resulting from the usage of information on this site. In case you notice any inappropriate, incomplete, incorrect information on our websites, you can inform the administrator of our site. The colors of the pictures on our site can differ slightly from the original product. Colors can change depending on the browser you use. Studio Koekoek is not responsible for publications by third parties.

4. Prices

Prices at www.studio-koekoek.com are in euro’s, excluding VAT and excluding transportation costs. Studio Koekoek remains the right to change or correct prices at all time. Studio Koekoek is not responsible for incorrect pricing, like typing errors or printing errors, and beholds the right to change prices after an order has been placed.

6. Orders

After a customer has placed an order, he or she will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of its order. This confirmation will also specify whether a payment has been made or outstanding. Each customer is required to check the information on the order confirmation and has to inform Studio Koekoek in case of any incompleteness or mistakes.

7. Delivery

Delivery time – for items on stock – in the Netherlands is between 1 to 2 business days and within Europe between 2 and 10 business days. International delivery in other countries varies between 1 to 6 weeks. Contact us if you would require priority shipment or when you need specific information.
We will make every effort to deliver the order on time, but it is not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays for reasons beyond our control. Read more in our shipping policy.

8. Returns

Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase order and/or delivered goods. In the case of a return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after you receive the product. You should make use of this return notification form or contact address info@studio-koekoek.com using your order number and specifying which items you would like to return. After your notification you have to ship back the goods as quick as possible, with a maximum period of 14 days.  Transportation costs for returning any goods have to be paid by the customer. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Custom orders and custom patterns specifically made on request of a customer cannot be returned.

Workshop cancellation policy

In the unfortunate event that you cannot join your booked event, you are welcome to resell or give your ticket to somebody else who is able to attend. If you wish to cancel your ticket, we adhere to the following policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 1 month before the event receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 31 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not refunded.
  • No-shows are not refunded.
  • Online workshops are not refunded.

Digital products

Due to their digital nature, our patterns cannot be returned.

Sales to companies, institutions and organisations

Sales to companies, institutions and organisations cannot be returned.

9. Shipment

We ship orders to the address that the client provides during purchase of our items.

10. Complaints and Guarantee.

Complaints have to be made in written within 7 days after delivery, delivered to Studio Koekoek with registered mail. Studio Koekoek will review each complaint. In case a complaint is valid, our compensation is limited to exchange of goods or to the limit of the paid order amount.

We will respond to your complaint within 14 days.

11. Copyright

All the patterns of Studio Koekoek have a copyright. Patterns can only be used for personal use, unless a written commercial license has been agreed upon prior to purchase.

12. Conflicts

All contracts and orders between Studio Koekoek and her customers where these conditions apply,  Dutch law applies in case of any conflicts.
