We’re very happy we can still ship orders to almost all countries in the world. Our shipping partners experience some delays due to the higher volume and lower capacity. Local regulation with respect to controlling the virus may also have an impact on your parcel. We ask you to be patient. Below you can see our current estimated delivery timelines. For international orders, we recommend you to choose for the shipping method with track and trace.
As customer you have the right to cancel your order and/or delivered goods. In the case of a return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after you receive the product. You can make use of this return notification form or via email using your order number and specifying which items you would like to return. After your notification you have to ship back the goods as quick as possible, with a maximum period of 14 days. Transportation costs for returning any goods have to be paid by the customer. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Due to their digital nature, our cross stitch patterns cannot be returned. Custom orders and custom patterns specifically made on request of a customer cannot be returned.
