Shipping costs and delivery time
Our cross stitch patterns are available for instant download after purchase. For all our other items, including custom work shipping and handling costs will be added to your shopping basket.
We use regular shipping without insurance. Please contact us before placing an order when you would like us to ship with insurance.
Delivery time – of items on stock – in the Netherlands is between 1 to 3 business days and within Europe between 2 and 10 business days. International delivery in other countries varies between 1 to 6 weeks. Contact us if you would require express shipment or when you need specific information.
We will make every effort to deliver the order on time, but it is not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays for reasons beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any loss of goods because of wrong shipping address will not be refunded.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase order and/or delivered goods. In the case of a return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after you receive the product. You can make use of this return notification form or contact address email@example.com using your order number and specifying which items you would like to return. After your notification you have to ship back the goods as quick as possible, with a maximum period of 14 days. Transportation costs for returning any goods have to be paid by the customer. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Due to their digital nature, our cross stitch patterns cannot be returned. Custom orders and custom patterns specifically made on request of a customer cannot be returned.
