Shipping costs and delivery time
Our patterns are available for instant download after purchase. So you can directly start after your payment was successfully processed!
For all our other items, shipping and handling costs will be automatically calculated in your shopping basket. We ship worldwide.
Current estimated delivery time
For items on stock:
Order before 13:00 and we aim to deliver:
- Amsterdam the same day by bike courier
- In the rest of the Netherlands: 1-2 days
- Within Europe: 5 – 20 business days
- For USA, Canada choose for Fedex express: 2-10 days
- International delivery in other countries: 1 to 6 weeks.
We will make every effort to deliver the order on time, but it is not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays for reasons beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any loss of goods because of wrong shipping address will not be refunded.
Estimated delivery time of backorder items:
We can quickly restock most of the backorer items in our shop. For items that take longer than 2 extra business days (compared to stock items) we will send you an email informing you of the expected delivery day.
Insurance
To minimize shipping fees, we use regular shipping without insurance where possible. Please contact us before placing an order when you like us to ship with Insurance.
Do you need quicker delivery ?
Pick-up service
For customers in the Netherlands, we offer free pickup at our studio at the Weesperstraat 100 in Amsterdam.
Standard pick-up times are within our studio opening hours.
In your checkout chart you can choose for “free pickup”. We will send you a message when your order is ready.
Returns:
As customer you have the right to cancel your order and/or delivered goods. In the case of a return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after you receive the product. You can make use of this return notification form or via email using your order number and specifying which items you would like to return. After your notification you have to ship back the goods as quick as possible, with a maximum period of 14 days. Transportation costs for returning any goods have to be paid by the customer. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Due to their digital nature, our cross stitch patterns cannot be returned. Custom orders and custom patterns specifically made on request of a customer cannot be returned.
