You do not have to be registered to shop at Studio Koekoek.

By registering, you can see your order history, invoices and save your personal information – so you do not have to re-enter it for each new purchase. Studio Koekoek does not store or have access to your credit card information.

We ship worldwide to every country to the world, unless we are forbidden by laws to do so. We ship from the Netherlands. If you are in doubt, feel free to reach out to us.

How long does it take before you ship my order?

For items on stock we aim to ship them to you as soon as possible. At the moment we ship completed orders 3 times per week. Feel free to use below form to ask when we might ship your order. If you ordered an item on backorder we will send you an email with an expected shipment date.

If you are in The Netherlands or Belgium you can also check our assortment at Bol.com for speedy delivery.

Once your order is completed and shipped you will receive an e-mail from us with shipping confirmation.

How long does it take to receive my purchase?

Our digital download patterns are directly available after purchase. Check the link in your order confirmation email to go to your download page.

Physical products are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Delivery time – of items on stock – in the Netherlands is between 2 to 5 business days and within Europe between 3 and 14 business days. International delivery in other countries varies between 1 to 6 weeks. Contact us if you require express shipment or when you need specific information.

Can I return my order?

Customer have the right to cancel the purchase order and/or delivered goods. In the case of a return, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after you receive the product. You can make use of this return notification form or contact address returns@studio-koekoek.com using your order number and specifying which items you would like to return. After your notification you have to ship back the goods as quick as possible, with a maximum period of 14 days.  Transportation costs for returning any goods have to be paid by the customer. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Due to their digital nature, our PDF patterns cannot be returned. Custom orders and custom patterns specifically made on request of a customer cannot be returned.

Yes, we love to organise workshops at location. So if you have a location, and a group of friends that like to join we can help with materials and fantastic instructors. We offer special workshop prices on our kits.
